Guidance on designating proxy vote for WPAOG

Re Proxy Votes for AOG elections, name as your proxy MacArthur Society’s Legal Advisor Bill Fletcher ’74, cullum number 32438. He will be there at the AOG annual meeting in November.

Guidance on designating proxy from WPAOG:

Members who wish to vote electronically through the YESElections platform may do so using the proxy designation included in the official WPAOG 2026 proxy, which appoints the Association Secretary as the proxyholder.

Members who prefer to designate another individual as their proxy may do so by submitting a signed and dated proxy directly to YESElections. The proxy must identify the member’s chosen proxyholder (including name, Cullum number and class year) and include the member’s name, Cullum number, and class year so that eligibility can be verified. Alternatively, members may request a paper proxy from the YESElections Help Desk, modify the proxyholder designation, and return the completed proxy to YesElections.

Completed proxies should be mailed to:

WPAOG 2026
P.O. Box 1837
Mineola, NY 11501-9855

All proxies must be received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 16, 2026. Members are responsible for allowing sufficient mailing time to ensure receipt by the deadline.
