Securing American host Frank Gaffney interviewed Ty McCoy, USMA ’67, former Assistant Secretary of the Air Force. Ty is a board member of the MacArthur Society of West Point Graduates and was a guest speaker at our Commanders Call. Both men worked in the Reagan Administration.
