Transcript of Feburary 2026 USMA BOV Meeting in Washington, DC

At the February 23, 2026 meeting of the West Point Board of Visitors held on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, unfortunately only the speaker at the podium had a microphone that could be heard. The public, including the members of the MacArthur Society who attended, were required to sit in the back of the room so it was very difficult to hear everything that was said from the board members sitting at the tables.

We requested and West Point provided a transcript of the meeting:
